Your business has a spark. Let’s make it visible.

I design websites, brands and Google profiles for small businesses that are great in person and invisible online.

Stage 02 · Scatter

Right now, your business is scattered across the internet.

An old site here, an unclaimed map pin there, three versions of your logo. Customers notice, and they choose the competitor who looks put together.

Stage 03 · Rebuild

Then we pull every piece back together.

One clear identity, so your site, your Google profile and your socials all look like the same business.

Stage 04 · Identity

Four things that make a small business look big.

Websites

A site that gets you calls

Fast, mobile-first pages built around the one thing you want visitors to do: call, book or buy.

Brand identity

A look that holds together

Logo refresh, colours, type and a one-page brand guide so everything you hand out matches.

Local search

Found on Google Maps

A claimed and complete Google Business Profile, cleaned-up listings and a simple review routine.

Social kit

Posts that look pro

Profile art, editable templates and photo direction, so posting takes five minutes, not an evening.

Stage 05 · Launch

From scattered to sharp in about four weeks.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

30 minutes on what you sell, who buys it and what’s broken today.

    Week 0
  2. 02

    Identity & plan

Moodboard, page map and copy direction. You approve before anything gets built.

    Week 1
  3. 03

    Design & build

A private preview link you can tap through on your phone, with two rounds of changes.

    Weeks 2–3
  4. 04

    Launch & handover

We go live, connect your Google profile, and you get a short training call. You own everything.

FAQ

Questions small business owners ask first.

I don’t have a logo yet. Is that a problem?

No. The Presence package includes a logo refresh, and I can design a simple mark from scratch if you’re starting fresh. Spark clients can add a logo for a fixed £450.

Do I have to write all the text myself?

You give me the facts in a short questionnaire and our call. I shape that into clear, friendly copy and send it to you for approval.

I already have a website. Do we start over?

Not always. If your current platform is sound, I redesign on top of it. If it’s slow or hard to edit, I’ll explain why a rebuild costs less in the long run.

Can I update the site myself after launch?

Yes. You get a simple editor for text, photos, hours and prices, plus a short recorded walkthrough so you never feel stuck.

Who owns the website and domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and every login and design file is handed over at launch, whether or not you join the care plan.

How do I get more Google reviews?

I set up a short review link and QR code you can put on receipts, the counter or follow-up messages. Asking at the right moment does most of the work.
